Maurice ‘Moe’ Parisien

President & Founder (volunteer)

Moe’s career spans 40+ years in marketing and strategy development in both large corporations and marketing consulting service agencies.

He began Sneakers with Soul as an outreach mission ministry at his church in 2010, and in 2017 following his retirement, took Sneakers with Soul to a standalone 501(c)(3) nonprofit. Under his leadership, Sneakers with Soul has formed collaborative relationships with over 20 social service agencies and a number of school districts and charter schools to reach kids in need. The future of the agency looks bright with its focused work of providing school age kids living in poverty with quality sneakers to help make their lives just a little better.

Joy Parisien

Board Member & Treasurer (volunteer)

Joy has been and continues to be a valuable partner in Sneakers with Soul volunteering her time and talents to aid in the management of the agency and the day-to-day operations. As someone who spent her career in teaching secondary math Joy’s work with teens has been a valuable contribution to pursuing the mission of Sneakers with Soul.

James ‘Jim’ Belval

Board Member (volunteer)

For over 40 years Jim’s career focused on engineering design and construction management in the healthcare…pharmaceutical manufacturing and hospital facilities. His work involved senior management positions in with both Mallinckrodt and later with BJC HealthCare. As a member of the Sneakers with Soul board, Jim provides valuable strategic thought and direction stemming from his years of midlevel and senior-level corporate management experience. Importantly, Jim has a big heart and committed to the mission of serving the underserved in the communities served by Sneakers with Soul.

Ann Webb-Camp

Board Member (volunteer)

Following in the footsteps of her father and his support of Sneakers with Soul going back to its founding in 2010, Ann has been a valuable contributor to the strategic direction of the agency. Ann is a passionate results-driven leader, who possesses a talent for building consensuses with internal and external stakeholders to forge strategic alliances and advance shared goals. Like all of our board members, Ann contributes in the support of our mission both with her heart and mind.

Jen Hampton

Board Member (volunteer)

Jen Hampton is presently the store manager of Reebok Factory Outlet store # 3524 in Chesterfield, MO. Jen and her team have been instrumental in streamlining the order and fulfillment processes of Sneakers with Soul since she took on her management responsibilities for the Reebok store at the St. Louis Premium Outlets. Under her leadership, Reebok has for the past three years helped our organization exceed its goals to serve the growing number of children and youth living in poverty. Jen’s dedication to improving the performance of the Reebok store of which she manages, goes hand-in-hand with meeting the growing needs of our agency. Sneakers with Soul would be hard pressed to do the work that we do, if it were not for the efforts of Jen.

Mark Lashly

Board Member & Secretary (volunteer)

Mark is a seasoned entrepreneur and senior executive, consultant, and Board Member with more than 40 years of success across the retail, wine & spirits, restaurant, packaged goods, telecom, advertising, and financial services industries. His areas of expertise include sales, marketing, employee engagement, behavioral economics, new business development, and strategic planning. Mark is our Board Secretary and a valuable contributor to the process of furthering the mission of Sneakers with Soul through his vast corporate business experience and a considerable network of senior-level corporate connections.

Scott Walker

Board Member (volunteer)

Scott is President and CEO of LifeWiseStl, formerly Kingdom House, a holistic, family social services agency serving economically disadvantaged families living in the city of St. Louis. Since 2011, Scott has been a significant force in the success of Sneakers with Soul by putting in place programming to connect our organization with the clients of LifeWiseStl and Guardian Angel Settlement. Scott’s extensive nonprofit work experience focused on the poor has and continues to be an invaluable asset to the Board of Directors and the furtherance of the mission of Sneakers with Soul.
